Program Objectives

The Hatima Africa Tech Accelerator aims to:

  1. Equip young people with the necessary skills and tools to secure employment in the tech sector.

  2. Bridge the gap between high school education and gainful employment.

  4. Address the systemic barriers to economic empowerment for underserved youth in East Africa.

Program Overview

The Hatima Africa Tech Accelerator is designed as an intensive boot camp that provides training, mentorship, and industry exposure. The program will:

  • Offer practical skills training in areas such as coding, digital marketing, data analysis, and other tech-related fields.

  • Provide mentorship from industry professionals and successful entrepreneurs.

  • Facilitate internships and job placements through partnerships with leading tech companies and organizations.

  • Support entrepreneurial ventures by providing resources and guidance for startup development.
